Email Decreased deliverability to Microsoft-hosted emails

We've detected a decrease in deliverability rates to Microsoft-hosted email accounts in the last 12 hours with a higher percentage than normal showing as "Deferred". We're currently investigating the cause and will update the incident when we know more.

  • We have migrated email sending to our backup provider and deliverability rates to Microsoft have recovered. Emails sent over the last 12 hours should eventually be delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to monitor.
